CANCELLATION POLICY
ZoGlo Esthetics Cancellation Policy At ZoGlo Esthetics, your time and self-care experience are our priority. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes impact both our schedule and other clients waiting to book. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to honor the next client’s time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show fee. Deposits Select services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. We understand that life happens! If you’re feeling unwell or facing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to work with you.
